FOR EMPLOYERS
Where the permit data comes from
Every other job board asks you to claim your sponsorship status. We check it against the same public record candidates can see for themselves.

We pull the government's own register
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment publishes every approved employment permit. We ingest it and refresh it on a schedule, not once at launch.
We match it to your company
Permits filed under your company's legal name are matched to your profile, giving you a real filing history: how many, which years, and whether the count is growing or slowing down.
It shows up wherever your role does
The same history candidates see on your company page also earns your listing a Verified badge everywhere it appears on visajobs.ie: search results, filters, and alert emails.
Live, not illustrative
These are real companies from the register, rotating on every load. Nothing about the permit counts below is a mockup.
Common questions
What if my company isn't in the register yet?
You can still create a profile and post. It just means you don't have a permit history to show candidates yet, which is honestly shown as such rather than hidden.
How current is the data?
Pulled on a weekly schedule from the same public register the government itself publishes. Not real-time, but never a one-off snapshot either.
Can candidates see specific permit numbers?
No. They see aggregate history, count by year, and trend, not individual permit filings or the employee names attached to them.
Ready to claim your record?
Search the permit register and claim the history that's already yours, or start a fresh profile if you're not on it yet.
