Live in three steps

Claiming and verifying take minutes. Your first post goes live once we've reviewed your account.

  1. 01

    Claim your company

Search the permit register and claim the record that is already yours.

  2. 02

    Verify your email

A confirmed signup email on your company's own domain verifies automatically. A different work address just needs a code sent there, self-service either way, no human review.

  3. 03

    Submit your role

Every account goes through a short one-time review before its first role can go live, even with a clean permit-register match. Once approved, every role you post after that carries a verified badge across the whole candidate site, no further review needed.

THE DIFFERENCE

We already know you sponsor.

Every other job board asks you to claim it. We check it against the Department of Enterprise permit register, the same records candidates can see. That is why a VisaJobs badge is worth something and a tickbox is not.

PLAN AROUND REALITY

How long a permit actually takes right now

DETE publishes the date they are currently processing for each permit type. We pull it weekly and do the wait-time math so you do not have to, every time you check.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I can post?+

Claiming your company is instant. Verifying your work email is self-service too, though a code can take a minute or two to arrive if your signup address isn't already on the company domain. Getting approved to post is the one step that always needs a person, even with a clean permit-register match: that match speeds the review along, it does not skip it. It's also a one-time check, not something repeated on every role you post afterward.

Can I post more than one role?+

Yes. There's no limit on live roles and no cost right now.

Is this only for tech companies?+

No. The permit register covers every sector that sponsors work visas in Ireland: healthcare, hospitality, engineering, finance and more, not just software roles.

How is this different from a normal job board?+

A normal job board takes your word for it. We check your sponsorship history against the same Department of Enterprise records candidates can see, so the Verified badge on your listing is backed by data, not a tickbox.
